Because every project is unique, we begin with a dedicated design process to understand your vision and create a plan before construction begins.
Step 1: Discovery + Design Phase
Design Investment: $1,000
Every project begins with a personalized design phase. This allows us to fully understand your space, develop the right concept, and create a clear vision before moving into construction.
The design phase includes:
- Discovery conversation
- In-home consultation and measurements
- Review of your family’s needs and how the space will be used
- Inspiration, colors, and material direction
- Space planning and layout development
- Custom feature concepts
- Initial renderings and design refinement
- Preliminary project investment guidance
The goal is to create a complete vision for your space before construction begins.
If you decide not to move forward with construction, the design phase remains a standalone service and you will receive the completed design work created for your space.
Step 2: Final Design + Build Proposal
Design Investment: $1,000
Once the design direction is approved, we finalize the details needed to bring the space to life.
This includes:
- Final design refinements
- Photorealistic renderings
- Material and finish selections
- Custom built-in details
- Construction planning
After the design is complete, you’ll receive a detailed proposal for the build.
Step 3: Build + Installation
Once your project is approved, Creative Kid Co. will coordinate the transition from design into construction.
Construction payments are structured as:
- 50% project investment to begin construction
- 25% at project midpoint
- 25% upon completion
Project Investment
Creative Kid Co. spaces are highly customized, and investment varies based on size, materials, and complexity.
Typical projects:
Design investment: $2,000
Build investment: Most Creative Kid Co. projects begin around $7,500, with larger or more extensively customized spaces exceeding $40,000.
Final investment depends on the scope, materials, and custom features selected.
